Nostalgia Camera is a private, local-first camera app published by Ahmet Kamer. The app does not require an account and does not upload your photos to our servers.

Data stored on your device

Nostalgia Camera stores the following locally on your device:

Photos and videos you capture or import
Camera preferences, selected eras, and body themes
Optional notification preferences
A cached premium entitlement status for offline use

If you delete the app without exporting, this local data may be lost permanently.

Permissions

Camera — live preview and photo capture
Microphone — optional Home VHS video recording (you can mute)
Photos / Media — optional save, share, and gallery import
Notifications — optional gentle nudges (off by default until you allow)

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional premium features (“Nostalgia Camera Pro”) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlement status. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics and advertising

Nostalgia Camera does not include third-party advertising SDKs and does not sell your photos.
