By using Nostalgia Camera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

Nostalgia Camera is a creative photography app that applies nostalgic looks on-device. It is not a medical or professional advice service.

Subscriptions and purchases

Optional premium features are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases through the App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID.

There is no free trial unless Apple’s product page explicitly states otherwise.
You can restore purchases from the paywall or Settings.

Local data

Photos stay on your device unless you choose to share or save them elsewhere. We are not responsible for data loss from uninstalls or device resets.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, unlawfully bypass paid features, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
